Transthoracic echocardiogram. Clinical indication: on trastuzumab, 3-monthly cardiac surveillance. Findings: Left ventricle normal in size. LVEF 57% (baseline 62%). No regional wall motion abnormality. Conclusion: LVEF within normal limits with a small fall from baseline. Continue trastuzumab. Repeat echocardiogram in 12 weeks as per surveillance protocol; this will be performed at Valeford Hospitals cardio-oncology service.
